1. Are children allowed at the festival? Absolutely! Children are welcome. Those under 2 years old can attend for free and don't need a ticket. For older children and teens, you'll need to purchase a ticket for them.**********************2. Can I bring my dog? Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome, but owners must clean up after their pets. We ask that you are mindful of noise and crowds, as some dogs may be sensitive to these. In extremely hot weather, dogs may not be allowed for their safety.**********************3. What if the weather isn't great? All balloon activities are weather-permitting and may be cancelled or altered without notice at the discretion of the balloon pilots and event organisers. Please note that tickets are non-refundable, even in the event of weather-related cancellations or changes to the schedule. Food or alcohol is not allowed to be brought into this event.**********************5. Are there cash machines on site? There are no cash machines on the festival grounds. Yes, there is designated parking available near the festival grounds. However, parking must be pre-booked online and is subject to availability. It costs £5 for the day.**********************7. In the unlikely event that the entire festival is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued. Gazebos, large umbrellas, and portable BBQs are not permitted. Small shade tents for children and portable chairs are allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the event without refund and potential legal action for damages or losses incurred. We have the absolute right to refuse entry or eject anyone from the event without a refund, for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to public safety concerns, disruptive behavior, property damage, nuisance, injury, or any violation of these terms and conditions.3. Filming and RecordingBy entering the event site, you irrevocably consent to being filmed, photographed, and/or recorded by any means for any purpose, including but not limited to security, promotional, commercial, and archival use.
